You think you need motivation to:

Eat better
Exercise
Stay consistent

But actually?

You need energy first!! Because when your energy is low:

You snack more
You skip workouts

You feel like you’re “failing”

But when your basics are in place:

Eating regularly
Drinking water

Moving your body (even a little)

Everything feels easier.
