I’ve been struggling with the steps i aint gonna lie. I’ve put on soo much weight past 6 months and even doing simple things like the steps im struggling (everywhere feels swollen tight and aching) tonight i was ready to just go bed and not do any more (is only done 2600 steps at this point) and I remembered some walking exercises I used to do that I found more enjoyable.

 

So I stuck this exercise on and told myself ill get to 5k and turn it off. But….. I did the whole thing. Yes I struggled and felt sooo unfit but im soo glad I did it

 I was a little off color abd I realize that’s no excuse . I realized I was doing great on 90% of the challenges however the physical part is what I don’t like doing and I think that is one of my big barriers also I definitely do not eat enough vegetables and fruit .

 

However this challenge is a big wake up call for my mindset habits and motivation. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this challenge and I am proud I am being totally transparent with my struggles in these challenges
